Security Policy
Security responsibilities and acceptable use of Digital NAHRIM.
Portal protection
Digital NAHRIM applies access controls, validation, audit logging and other reasonable safeguards to protect its systems and information. Security controls are reviewed as the service evolves.
Acceptable use
Attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt services, probe vulnerabilities, upload malicious material or misuse another person’s account are prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
User responsibility
Users should protect their credentials, use a strong unique password, sign out on shared devices and report suspected account misuse promptly.
External services and reporting
NAHRIM cannot guarantee the security of external websites reached through portal links. Suspected portal vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly to webmaster@nahrim.gov.my without exploiting or disclosing them publicly.
