Notice on the handling of personal data submitted to Digital NAHRIM.
Purpose
Personal data submitted to Digital NAHRIM is handled for portal accounts, researcher and publication services, event participation, enquiries, administration and other authorised NAHRIM functions.
Data quality and retention
Users should provide accurate information and update it when necessary. Records are retained only for operational, accountability, archival or lawful requirements and disposed of according to applicable government procedures.
Access and correction
Registered users may update supported profile information through their workspace. Other access or correction requests may be sent through the official NAHRIM contact channel and may require identity verification.
Consent and withdrawal
Where processing relies on a user’s choice, that choice may be withdrawn by contacting NAHRIM. Withdrawal may affect services that require the relevant information.
