Roadshow on National Lake Water Quality Criteria and Standards (NLWQS)
The 12th National Water Resources Council (MSAN) convened on 12th August 2017 has agreed for the National Lake Water Quality Criteria and Standard (NLWQS) to be applied by all owners and managers of lakes and water reservoirs (Natural and man-made) to improve lake water quality assurance for all consumer sectors. Following that, NAHRIM has held a series of roadshows to stakeholders. A series of roadshows were held online on 15th of July 2021 for owners and managers of lakes and water reservoirs for the states of Kedah, Penang, Perak, Sabah, Sarawak and the Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan.
