Research on Putrajaya Lake Assessment under the Impact of Climate and Land use Change.
This research aimed to investigates the impact of climate change and land uses on Putrajaya Lake, Federal Territory of Putrajaya. The study is part of the research sub-component that studied surface-ground water interaction based on climate change grid. The focus of the research was to assess the ability of the Infowork model to make numerical simulations of lake hydrological changes and water quality under different climatic and land use conditions. Simulations were made using NAHRIM’s hydro-climate data and land use map provided by Putrajaya Corporation to generate potential trends of hydrological change and water quality in Putrajaya Lake.
