Excel VBA for Extraction of Climate Projection Data from 6×6 grid Peninsular Malaysia csv files (2015)
Excel VBA for the extraction of climate projection data (rainfall, evapotranspiration, soil water storage, runoff, temperature) with 3 GCMs (CCSM3, ECHM5, MRI) and 4 scenario (A1B, A2, B1, A1FI) for 14 realizations (CCSM3A1B, CCSM3A1FI, CCSM3A2, CCSM3B1, ECHM5A1B1, ECHM5A1B2, ECHM5A1B3, ECHM5A2_1, ECHM5A2_2, ECHM5A2_3, ECHM5B1_1, ECHM5B1_2, ECHM5B1_3, MRIA1B, MRIB1) from 6×6 Peninsular Malaysia grid (total 3888 grids/columns in csv) by range of dates. Written in 2015 and superseded after the development of extraction program by En Halim and subsequently N-Hydaa. However, the author maintains that climate change database should be in appropriate format such as NetCDF. This macro was developed for the database format received at that time (csv in 2015).
