How Digital NAHRIM handles portal usage and personal information.
Information collected
We collect information voluntarily submitted through accounts, forms, event registrations and publication services. For visitor statistics, the portal stores a hashed random session identifier, visit date, page path and page-view count; it does not retain a raw IP address in the visitor counter.
How information is used
Information is used to provide requested services, manage access, respond to enquiries, improve portal content, maintain security and produce aggregate usage statistics.
Cookies and preferences
Essential session cookies support login, security and language selection. Accessibility preferences are stored locally in your browser. The portal respects the browser Do Not Track signal for its visitor counter.
Protection and disclosure
Reasonable administrative and technical controls are used to protect information. Data is disclosed only where needed for authorised public functions, service delivery, security or a lawful requirement.
